There are breakfasts that are forgotten as soon as they end. And there are breakfasts that are remembered. At Embassy, we wanted to create the latter: an à la carte breakfast, served at the table, designed so that the first hour of the day has the same level as the rest of your stay.
No tray, no line, no rush. A freshly squeezed juice to start, the coffee of your choice prepared on the spot and brought to your table, seasonal fruit chosen at its perfect ripeness. And then, the menu: hot dishes prepared on the spot, to your measure and at your pace. If you want to repeat something, we repeat it. If you want to skip a pass or change the order, no problem. You set the pace.

The menu does not understand hierarchies. The Iberian ham toast coexists with the croque madame, the tortilla pincho with the coconut bowl, the oatmeal porridge with the eggs benedictine. Authentic local cuisine, well-executed international classics, and light options for those who watch what they eat, or simply do not want to start the day feeling heavy. Quantity without ostentation. Variety with criteria.
Breakfast Delight has its own name: Florafina, our restaurant. A happeatery, that space where eating healthy is not at odds with eating deliciously, where fun and nutritious sit at the same table. Food that nourishes the body and, if the day allows, also the soul. It is not hotel gastronomy. It is gastronomy, period.
