People Care Club

One more year we have achieved, thanks to the involvement of our teams, the GPTW certification; furthermore, we have been awarded the 5th place in the Best Workplaces ranking in the category of companies with 501 to 1000 employees. And as a culmination of all these recognitions, Alfonso Castellano, CEO of Hotelatelier, has been named best executive 2024 Best Workplaces. All these awards are a certification of the culture of caring for people, teams, and clients, which defines the DNA of our company, because above all, we are people who care for people.

People Care Club is a philosophy that permeates every aspect of our organizational culture. We have developed this brand to group initiatives that promote the personal and professional growth of our workers, ensuring a work environment where everyone can thrive. This philosophy is based on the deep recognition that the greatest value of our company lies in the people who make it up. Every employee, regardless of their role or position, is seen as an essential pillar for our collective success and, as such, deserves to be supported, valued, and motivated.

Our commitment extends beyond providing just learning opportunities and internal promotion. We understand that a positive and enriching work environment is fundamental for the growth of our workers. Therefore, People Care Club is born to reinforce a culture of inclusivity, mutual respect, and support, where every voice is heard and every contribution is valued. Fostering a workspace where creativity and innovation are not only possible but encouraged and celebrated.

It is a declaration of our unwavering commitment to the well-being of those who work with us, ensuring that Hotelatelier is not simply a workplace, but a place where every individual has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and reach their maximum potential.
