Traveling with a pet

I booked one of the single rooms. I was told the rooms had recently been renovated, and I must say I felt very comfortable. I also brought my dog, and they treated him like one of the guests. Irene at reception gave him a warm welcome and even offered him a little food package. Alexandra mentioned that they had also left a dog bed in the room—and indeed, they had. We felt truly at ease.

Feeling at home—and even better than home. A cozy place, perfect service, and an ideal location.

The rooms are clean and just the right size, but what truly stands out is the overall service! A special mention to Lily at the restaurant bar—her service was impeccable, always with a smile and a kind word. She truly made the difference.

Unbeatable location and service

Excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid. The facilities are very comfortable, everything is clean, and the front desk staff is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a good rest, and the location is perfect for getting around on foot almost anywhere.

Total disconnection

Perfect for disconnecting and feeling at home. The rooms are fully equipped with every detail you could need. Excellent service and a very good breakfast. Enya and Johana were lovely and extremely helpful. I’ll definitely be back. The location is perfect—right in front of the beach.
