Pablo Picasso wanted his collection to be in his hometown, a dream that materialized his daughter and has been active for 20 years.

The museum's collection comes from the donation of Christine and Bernard Ruiz-Picasso, but also includes the photographic collection of Argentine journalist, writer and photographer Roberto Otero and the FABA Foundation's own collection of archives and works of art by Pablo Picasso and other contemporary artists.

In addition to the exhibition, there are also activities and research projects so that art continues to grow and develop.
